We are athletes. We understand athletes and we cater to specific sport performance. We have many years of personal experience in body building, power-lifting, triathlon, ringette, hockey, mountain biking, Judo and just plain working out.We know what we're talking about.
We have ample knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology and kinesiology along with our years of experience in massage therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription. We have taken many continuing education courses and have studied holistic wellness and nutrition to supplement our certifications as Personal Training Specialists.We deliver results.

Boot Camp
Boot camps are group training sessions, usually done outdoors. Boot camps are fun, challenging, motivating, and can provide a little competition to help you to achieve. They can be great for corporate team-building, bringing a sports team together, or just a personal challenge. They can also be a great place to meet like-minded individuals and potential work-out partners.
We will provide a custom
program for whatever your group wants to work on,
- or, if you don't have a group you can join in
with others.
